Should I submit an arts supplement? (samples included)

I'm applying to several Ivies and top tier schools. My academics and other extracurriculars are pretty good- nothing too exceptional, but they do guarantee me a shot at least for my higher reaches.

I've never had an interest in majoring in art, but it has always been a side hobby of mine. I used to do oil paining but I recently taught myself photomanipulation/graphic illustration. I literally have no intentions of going anywhere with this: it's a passion, but it's kind of like how other people play video games or do online shopping. I am a part of an art website called deviantArt though and I accept commissions to make that extra money. I wrote my common app essay about it just to show that I have an artistic mind.

Nobody around me even really knows that I do art, and because I kinda keep it to myself, my art is kind of strange. I really love horses but I never had the chance to ride them, so all of my art is directed towards them. There's also the problem of using other people's stock images that are free for the public to use, but I'm not sure how colleges perceive that.

I just discovered that one could submit an arts supplement without wanting to major in that area, so this is kind of a shot in the dark. I'd love your opinions!

Half of these are paid by other people so I'm not sure if I even have the right to call it completely mine. Anyways, some links:

EDIT: Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, I'm probably going to be majoring in Neuroscience or Biology.

I’m in the same situation as you and your arts are divine! They’re very very good. I heard that art supplements are meant for the faculties for some schools so some may suggest to put them in the additional information box. I suggest you to ask them separately since some schools also take art supplements as an additional even though you’re not pursuing it a major. Good lucks! You’re an awesome artist!

If you are a good enough artist that you could be a serious candidate for a well respected art school, you should send a supplement. If you are not, you should not.

I wouldn’t know whether you are that good an artist or not, so I won’t venture a worthless opinion.
