Hi everyone, I'm a Vietnamese student and currently in my freshman year(9th grade as they might refer to here). So I took the TOEFL test on September,2013 and scored a 103, reading 27 | listening 28 | speaking 27 | writing 21(I screwed the intergrated task). I'll be finishing the rest of my high school years in the US and I know that colleges (especially ivy league ones) won't take the TOEFL scores into account once you've taken the SATs but I really need your advice on whether to send in my scores once I'm filling out my application forms. Also, prestige schools like Harvard or MIT advise their international applicants to score a 110 or higher, would a 103 lower my chances of getting into those universities? thank you in advance guys!!

There are some schools that require you to submit your TOEFL scores such as Dartmouth, UPenn, and Princeton. Most Ivy League schools do not require but recommend you to submit your scores. As far as I know, they require a score of 100 on the iBT which you have. And once you pass the required score, a higher score won’t really affect your chances.
