Should I send my TOEFL Scores? Urgent Urgent

Good afternoon everyone,
A couple of days ago, I received my TOEFL scores and I had a score of 109 (R 27 W 26 L 29 S 27).
Is such a score good? Should I send it to Universities that do not require it or waived language requirements for me? (Schools that do not require it: HArvard, Stanford, MIT, Duke. Schools that waived the english proficiency tests for me: Cornell, Columbia, WUSTL, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame).
What do you think people? Please respond as early as possible. I only have 48h to make a decision.
Thank you for your help

109 is above the requirement of virtually EVERY school in US.

Don’t send it to schools that waived TOEFL requirement…but did you take it before you knew that it was waived?

Send it to the ones that did not waive it but don’t require it (ie., MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Duke). Because it’s a very good score, it’d only help your application.
What are your matches and safeties?
All the schools on your list are “lottery schools”, crapshoots, reaches for everyone.

and how much can you afford per year?

@paul2752‌ I took it after my SATs where I scored 730 on critical reading. It was for Uchicago and Upenn because they require it for every applicant
@MYOS1634‌ My profile and my list are in this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1736352-chance-me-please-updated-will-chance-back-if-you-want.html

I don’t think there’s any advantage in sending your TOEFL score to colleges that waive it. I had a score of 112 but I didn’t send it and I was still accepted at Vandy for the class of 2019 with basically a full ride aid. There’s a section on the common app to self report the score if you want though.

@cauldroncastle‌ I sat for the TOEFL after submitting my application  I ended up sending it to all the universities where I applied
