Should I take AP bio, Ap physics 1, or both?

I’m currently scheduling for my senior year of high school. I’m not exactly sure what I want to do but I’m into numbers and data and statistics and such things and learning health isn’t bad. I’m not even entirely sure what a biostatistician is but it seemed to incomporate most these things so really anything like it seemed interesting I also like nutrition and sociology. I’m planning on taking ap calc ab, ap lang, and a few electives for sure. For science, should I take ap bio, or ap physics 1? Or a mix  I don’t want to over stress senior year and take too much of a workload that I fall behind but I also want to take what will probably help me most in future so maybe I could take 2 of the sciences? Idk! Help :frowning:

the only ap class ive taken so far (right now my junior year) is ap statistics so I cant take that. also like I said I may wanna major in stuff math related but if college math is too difficult for me and I have to switch to science major than I don’t want to be too behind :frowning: I feel like ap physics maybe will help me with my math skills even though I definitely don’t think id wanna major in physics, bio sounds interesting but idk do I wanna take bio and physics together?stress?? help

I’m currently a straight A student and top 10 in my class but I’m only in one Ap class and otherwise all honors so I don’t know if I can expect such a breeze next year taking on 3 more aps if I were to double up in sciences

Take the one you are more interested in. AP Physics 1 may help you more with your math skills, but with the new test, the physics material is more conceptual. I think AP Biology is a better choice for you if you want to pursue health and nutrition (and a biostatistician is just a person who applies statistics to biology).

I think you would benefit from taking both, but make sure your non ap electives are very light and not time consuming
