I took AP Chinese test 2 years ago and got 5. Next year I will be a senior, taking 4 AP courses and preparing for SAT and college. I am Chinese, so AP Chinese will be very easy, and I can simply raise up my grade. Will it be a good choice if I take AP Chinese only for the credit? Does college only care about the score on test instead of the courses? btw, I am struggling to take either AP Cal AB or BC. Algebra2 and Pre-cal were easy for me(at least in my school). Thank you.

If you take AP Chinese, colleges will know that you’re going after an easy A (since you already took the test and you’re Chinese), so it won’t look good on your app.

You will not gain anything, but rather come out as someone whose only goal is getting easy A.

Do not do it.

Thank you for your help, guys! I may drop the class and take either PE or ceramics (for fun!)
