Should I take AP Physics if I want to major in Computer Science?

I’m currently taking AP Chemistry and AP US Govt, and I’m starting to plan for next year’s AP Courses. Next year I plan to take AP Calc AB/BC and AP Computer Science. Should I take AP Physics as well? I took a little of physics and honestly did not like it at all. Do colleges want to see AP Physics for a CS major? Is it beneficial for a CS major?

If you are able to take AP Physics, then it might not be a bad idea.

I’m not strictly a CS major, but knowledge of circuits and other E/M topics is useful for designing CMOS logic gates, for example. If you design games or other 2D or 3D simulations, you’ll need a good physics background.

ah I see, I probably will take AP Physics then, thanks! @MITer94
