Should I take Math HL or Theater HL?

I have a concern regarding what classes I want to take during Junior year. I want to go to UCLA, and if I do not make it there then I want to go to USC. If not, then UCI. I want to become a doctor or hold a major related to the medical field or anytype of science so that will aid me in becoming a doctor (chemistry, biochem, biology, etc).

For IB, we have to pick 3 HL classes, and 3 SL classes. In my school, English HL is mandatory, and I want to take Biology HL as well. I just do not know if I should take for my last HL Theater or Math. For the IB classes at school, the teachers also teach the AP curriculm of the subject so that students will pass both the AP and the IB test.

Even though I want to be a doctor, I really enjoy Theater, and its a really fun IB class at our school. I am really good at Math, but I also enjoy theater.

My main question is do the UCs mind what type of classes you take? I know they acknowledge the rigor of AP and IB classes, but what I mean is will colleges prefer that I take math and science HLs if I am going to be majoring in science? If I am going to major in the Sciences, will it look more favourable if i choose to take Math HL over Theater HL? Will it be more advantegous for admissions if I take Math HL over Theater HL, or vice versa? Also, if I take several classes at the CC, will it look good on college applications?

If I take Theater as an HL, here is what my schedule will look like:

Junior Year
English 3 IB SL
Biology IB SL/AP course
Theater IB SL
US History IB SL
Spanish 4 SL/AP (I am a year ahead in Spanish)
Math SL/AP(equivalent to Calc AB/AP)

Summer School - Honors Civics Course (to fulfill graduation requirement)

Senior Year
English 4 IB HL
Biology HL
Theater HL
Theory of Knowledge (Mandatory for IB students)
Spanish 5 AP/IB
Economics IB (you can take the AP test for this class too)

And I will be taking classes at the local CC. I want to take chemistry and the equivalent of Calculus BC/AP and higher at the CC

If I take Math as an HL, here is what my schedule will look like:

Junior Year
English 3 IB SL
Biology IB SL
Math IB SL (equivalent to Calculus AB/AP)
US History IB SL
Spanish 4 IB SL
Chemistry SL/AP

Summer School - Honors Civics Course (to fulfill graduation requirement)

Senior Year
English 4 IB HL
Biology HL
Math HL (part of this class is a Calculus BC/AP class)
Theory of Knowledge
Spanish 5 AP/IB
Economics IB

I will also be taking classes at the CC. I will probably take Sociology or some Humanities Course. Most of the IB classes at our school also teach the AP curriculm, so for the SLs, I will still be able to get college credit by taking the AP test. And I know that I will get the 30 point Diploma :)

The only difference between the two schedules is that Theater for two years will replace the Math HL and Chemistry SL, and vice versa. Our school doesn't offer only Theater SL. If you choose to do Theater SL, you have to take Theater HL.

What route will help me the most? And what route will save me time? What route will look more impressive to colleges? Do they subject of classes you take even matter? Thanks in advance :)
