Hi, I'm considering applying to Penn ED to the school of engineering. I researched the school and emailed them, and they both said that I could use either my SAT 1 and SAT Subject 2 tests OR the ACT with writing (I did better on the ACT). I have not taken my subject tests yet. Now that I want to apply ED, I'm not sure if I have enough time to study and do well on them. I know that I can apply without subject tests, and apparently it doesen't matter; but can it hurt my chances?

Seriously? From what I know subject tests are required for these schools and if it is still the case then wing them now.

I don’t think you need the subject tests if you have taken the ACT with writing, but you are required to send in all tests you have taken. So I would not bother to take them unless you are positive you’ll do well on them.

If you have. Taken the ACT you. Do not. Need to take subject test
