Should I take the Psychology AP test?

I plan to enter as a Biology major and I have already taken 2 UC-approved community college classes, Sociology and Social Psychology, that are both classified as behavioral and social science classes. How many credits would I be excused of taking, and would passing this AP test give me college credit since I would already have community college credits? Any answers would help.

All I know is that AP Psych gets you credit for Psych 10 (which is nice because it's not just general units, it counts for an actual class). If you plan on ever taking anything psych-related, that is useful. But I do not know if your Social Psychology class would already count- I think you'd need to ask a counselor in order to get the best answer. Or try Welcome to ASSIST to see what the UCLA equivalent is.

i'd say not to take the AP psych test, if only because psych 10 here with professor zaidel is ridiculously easy (no midterms/finals, just weekly quizzes). that 4/5 unit freebie A might come in handy, rather than a gradeless AP credit for psych.
