<p>For almost all colleges you need to take the SAT reasoning tests. But if you do not want to take the SAT reasoning tests, you can take the ACT instead. I recommended you take it to see if you do well and if you like the test.</p>

<p>Why did you post this in this forum; this is for the subject tests which are also known as SAT IIs. the test you are talking about is SAT I, which almost every college (As sg said) will require or ACT. If you are wondering whether you should take the SAT II’s, then yes, you should (at least 2)</p>
