Should I transfer my high school?

I am an international student, and I go to a high school in US. My school is an all girl private Catholic school. People say that its the best all girl school in the state. But I feel the education here is not that good. First of all, they only offer 9 APs. And I know that I can only take 6 of them. Also, I felt that their students are not competitive at all. As I mentioned, I am an international student and this is my first year here. But I rank the best in my regular English class. That's not normal at all. I know how my English is. However, I still like this school. The teachers are nice and helpful. And I have made some good friends.
I get a chance to transfer to a bigger school. Some people say these two schools are about the same, while others say this one is more academic. In this school, they have both IB and AP program. Their campus is huge and they have they are famous for their theatre program( I like drama.) Also, there are more successful people who have graduated from this school.
I am really confused if I should go or not. I really want to go to a good college. People say that the colleges won't look at how good is your high school. If I stay in where I am now, I will be doing well. I can rank the top, get 4.0-4.2 GPA( Again, we don't have that much APs), hopefully become the leader of the math team.
I really want to go to good college, and I work really hard for it. I am really really confused now. Should I go, or not. Please give me some advise.

Could someone helps me???
