I'm currently a high school sophomore and here are the tests I have taken so far and the scores I have garnered:

(CR + Math + Writing)

PSAT 10th grade: 194 / 65 + 65 + 64 (a few omits on MC)
Princeton Review Diagnostic Test SAT: 2000 / 670 + 630 + 700 (no omits on MC)
Another officially administered PSAT (2004 Saturday official one): 211 / 60 + 76 + 75 (no omits at all)

Basically, should I even consider the Princeton Review one to be anywhere near accurate in terms of score projection? What have your experiences been like with Princeton Review? Like are their practice tests much like the actual SAT or what? And what about their actual prep program (any good?)

Also, what is your advice so that I can get at least a 215 on the 11th grade PSAT and a 2250+ on the actual 11th grade SAT? I don't think I've been doing too well so far...

I’m a sophmore too and have been scoring around 2000 on several practice tests. I couldn’t tell you about the Princeton Review, but I am considering taking their prep class too.

I felt the Princeton review tests were much harder then real SATs or CB practice SAT’s. They are inaccurate representations of your score. I wouldn’t recommenced Princeton. If your dedicated, you can study on your own.

I also took a Princeton Review Diagnostic Test, administered at my local library. I had 64 CR 64 M (there was no clock, and the proctor never told us when there was 5 minutes left, so on the first section I didn’t even answer 4 questions!), and 66 W.

I’m not sure how accurate they are, but the test seemed to be similar to CB’s tests in difficulty.

CR for Princeton is super hard. I used Princeton to practice and the Blue Book to asses myself and as a confidence booster.

I would definitely recommend Princeton Review. As for their tests, i think they’re harder than the real thing – which is good.

I got private tutoring with them, heres what i got in chronological order of diagnostic tests:

1810
1970
2020
2120

I just took the march SAT and i’m predicting atleast above 2120. It definitely prepared me for the test.
