Should I use common app or Chicago essay for the "about me" essay?

I've already written two essays that would work well for the describing myself question, but I'm not sure which to use. The first was my common app essay, and I talked about my love of reading, and how I've learned things from it and have been able to experience things I wouldn't have been able to in real life; it was my common app essay, and while I don't think it's horrible or anything, it's rather standard. My other choice is my University of Chicago essay in which I talked about three words I loved and elaborated on why I liked them; this one's more creative, but I'm worried that it would be too off the wall or too focused on the words instead of on me. I'm not really interested in sharing the essays themselves (no offense to anybody personally, but I'd rather keep them off the internet), but based on my short descriptions, which one do you think would be better for Georgetown (SFS; prospective Culture and Politics major). Thanks!
