Should i worry about my school admissions?

Hey, i am senior in civil engineering and i have been reported for academic dishonesty last year because i used the solution manual for one of my homework assignments(one of the six problems). i am not failing the class and it will not been recorded on the transcript but i will have to take an integrity class, i have a decent GPA of 3.7. i am very worried about if the class i am taking will affect me for applying graduate school even there is no other marks on the transcript states i have bad history( the title of the class is a sign still)...
do you think i should worry about it? or do you think i should write this about in my essay when i apply?
any suggestion would be great!
thanks

You should not draw more attention to it than it deserves, unless this integrity class is widely known to grad schools as a class made to punish students or something.

For all they know, you might have just taken it as an elective.

Don’t write about it in your essay. It is what it is. Don’t worry about it. If all that’s on your transcript is an extra course, I doubt they will pay much attention to it. They’re not going to scrutinize every class on your record, and since it’s likely unrelated to your field, then they’ll probably just skim over it.
