Hi! I am wondering if my senior year should be more rigorous than junior year or if colleges are lenient about senior year.

This was my plan for junior year:
AP English 3
Pre Calculus Honors
AP Environmental Science
AP US History
Newspaper 2 Honors
Peer Discovery 1 (TA class)
Tech Theatre 1

And I planned to take this course load as a senior:
AP English 4
AP Calculus AB
Civics and Economics Honors
AP Government
AP Psychology
Newspaper 3 Honors
Peer Discovery 2

But I hear people constantly saying that colleges focus on junior year and want junior year to be the most rigorous so you can demonstrate your intelligence and work ethic. My question is, should I switch to take AP Government as a junior and take Tech Theatre 1 as a senior? I was always wary of doing so because I didn't want to take two AP history classes at once. Though my school does block scheduling, it could be possible that I would have to take them at the same time. What do you guys think?

Thanks for any feedback.
