Should NHS be listed under Honors or Activities?

I'm working on my commonapp, and I'm not too sure if I'm supposed to put NHS under Honors or Activities section. Any ideas?
Thank you!

I put it under honors/awards because it is an award received, although you have to do things to keep it (tutoring, etc.). I read on the common app FAQs that you have to list it as a “school award” not a “national award,” fyi.

Depends on whether you put in significant service hours after joining NHS as part of NHS.

Activities mainly require hours spent.

Thanks for your answers!

The official common app answer to this question is:

Can i put NHS as an award and then put certain activities i did (large ones) as a NHS member in the Activities part?
