<p>Yes. The hours and what you specifically did for them. Stuff like NHS and sports and stuff like that are already kinda understood, but if you were above and beyond the "typical" member (within reason, it should be great), then you should list it.</p>

<p>Be brief! For each activity, try just listing the activity, years you participated, hours/weeks, your role. E.g.: Ultimate Frisbee club; grades 9-10; 3 hours per week, 10 weeks per year; team member</p>
