I'm an incoming freshman and I'm a little scared about the showers at santa rosa. I never really showered anywhere beside my home so I don't really know how they work. Do you guys wear bathrobes or just wrap towels around? And is there an area inside the shower stall where you can put things so it won't get wet? Like your towel etc... And do you guys get dressed inside the shower stall area or do you go back to the dorm to get dressed? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions but I sort of want to prepare as much as I can.

Thanks

My cousin goes here. If memory serves me right, all the showers are in a big room, with curtains connected with a rail system. You will have little to no privacy.

most people wear bathrobes i think, but wrapping towels will be fine too. i got into an all girls hall in santa rosa and i wore a bathrobe that had the same function as a wrapping towel and it was fine for me. though i did feel weird when i saw boys in the hallway lol but its not a big deal. i also go back to my dorm to get dressed, you may be able to dress yourself in the shower though, there are some really big shower spaces in santa rosa, where you can put your stuff down, but it can still get wet. i say your privacy is pretty good, sometimes when you go shower there is no one around. don’t worry about small stuff like this.

^^^Is it also common/acceptable for guys to wear just towels when getting to the restrooms?
