Does anybody know what the program's acceptance rate is? I've read around here that its an relatively "easy" program to get into, but from MSAR, the amount enrolling from the number of students applying is like 3%! Thats not easy :-|. Does that mean that a lot of students just choose not to attend? Why is it considered an easy program?
Any insight is appreciated =).

well lets just say 2 years ago, there were 242 applications, interviewed 42, and accepted 22. last year 265 applications, interviewed 40, and accepted 20......im in the med program at siena and i just came back on to college confidential on a whim...i feel quite dorky coming back lol

im going to siena/amc this fall..areu alloweed to do your own sceduling like sophomore year..like for example could i take orgo junior yr instead or something liek that?

like with any program, there was probably a good percentage of those interviewed accepted, like probably of the 40 interviewed more than 20 got in since not all the people who get accepted chose to attend due to various reasons. just take that with a grain of salt when you're looking at the info about the programs-- accepted is different than matriculation-- siena looks for different things in who they give interviews to. i know many competitive science/research candidates who did not get an interview for this program but were accepted into other programs that have different maybe higher "number" stats. each program has different critieria for who they interview and accept
