Hi, does anyone know when notification of merit aid awards from Siena College are received by prospective students? Other schools seem to have sent the information with the acceptance letters. Thank you.

People here may not know. When their offices open up, you should call and ask.

Yes, many schools send merit with acceptance letters or a day or two later under separate cover.

When did your child receive acceptance?

Are your child’s M+CR SAT or ACT scores well-within the top quartile of the school?

Upper quartile is 1230+ M+CR SAT…or…28+

So, it would seem that the school would target merit to those who have at least a 1250+ or 29+ ACT…and a highish GPA…maybe 3.7+ or so.

Unless you have done binding early decision, you may not hear about merit $$ until the spring. I know a student who was admitted 3 weeks ago through fast forward, with no mention of scholarship, yet.

Did you ever find out when the notification is?
