Sierra madre vs tenaya

<p>Hey so everyone has told me that sierra madre is the best dorm mainly in part due to the larger rooms, however, is it just me or did it seem really dark in sierra madre? Walking through sierra madre felt like a dungeon. Was this just because it was the 1st floor, and people didn’t have there blinds open?</p>

<p>Tenaya had much more light, and I really liked the study lounge and game room CONNECTED to it unlike sierra madre. Only thing I didn’t like was the smaller rooms.</p>

<p>If I signed up the 1st day are my chances of getting a triple less? Thanks!</p>

<p>Well I know for a fact that this year none of the rooms in sierra madre were triples. Only north mountain and the redbricks had triples. I think signing up earlier helps, but I’ve heard that the only surefire way to avoid a triple is to request a roommate (like a friend you’d like to live with). I think sierra madre rooms are a bit bigger, but I don’t know about it being dark. The windows in those rooms are kinda weird.</p>
