i cant do explore, only sig

exaclty, so I dont think your letter is coming yet, you'll know when you can logon to exploreusc

exploreusc just started working for me this morning. I guess I'm accepted!!! Im so psyched. Im sending my housing stuff today!

congratulations guidez89!

Ive been so anxious, so this was a total anxiety relief. Good luck to everyone! And check exploreusc!

On the Oasis site:
You have entered an invalid USC ID

Explore USC:
We were unable to find a record matching the applicant ID and date of birth you supplied. If you believe you may have entered this data incorrectly, please try again.

:(

CALL. Can you log on to sig? The admissions office didn't have my SSN, so I wasnt able to olog on to OASIS or SIG until they fixed in. EXploreusc will only work once you've been admited. It'll say something like "Congratulations on your recent acceptance to USC..."

good luck! Call, and don't worry!

I just called USC, because I am able to sign on to both SIG and OASIS. I got very excited.

The woman I spoke to told me that they do not reccomend you check those sites for admissions status, and that they do not necessarily mean you've been accepted. However, I don't see how people who are able to access these sites have not already been accepted to the school. Why would a rejected student be able to access two different student information services? If anyone has anymore info on this, please share.

i can only do sig and i have heard nothing

Well ZBR, both of those sites are intended for you to see the status of you financial aid and application. They are not for admitted students (as many of us thought). However, once you are able to log on to explorusc you have been admitted.

When I called the admissions office about a month ago, I had a question about sig, the lady asked if I had the same problems on oasis (so really the sites are just meant for you to check the status of your ap) SOrry! good luck!
