Signed up for SATs but don't need scores.

As the title says, I am signed up for this weekend's SAT test but don't need the scores. I signed up the night before taking the September ACTs and scored a 28. That is very good for the public Florida Universities I have applied to. I know it sounds bad to say this but based on my horrible score from the first time I took it in January, I know there is no chance I do better than the equivalent of a 28 on the ACTs.

Plus I have already applied to 3 schools and they all already have my ACT scores.

What should I do? I seriously am considering not even showing up on Saturday. I feel like it would be foolish to sit there for 4+ hours knowing it's not going to help me.

If you feel your score is high enough for the colleges to which you are applying then you don’t need another test. Not showing up simply results in a cancellation and the only thing that happens is you lose what you paid for the test.

I’m in the same situation as you and I’m not gonna sit this test.

Glad I’m not alone. Sucks that I’m going to lose the $45 or $50
