Silly Honors on Common App?

I was finishing up my common app when I started to wonder what would be the best move in filling out my honors.

Right now I have:
USA Physics Olympiad Qualifier & Semi-finalist
Virginia Aerospace Science and Technology Summer Scholar
Silver Medalist; Le Grand Concours

And I was unsure what to put as my last honor. I’d like to put this: “Last Place; Super Smash Bros. Melee Tournament.” My logic is that these admissions officers have looked at like 25,000 serious/semi-serious distinctions, and a more light-hearted one might be refreshing, but I’m starting to have doubts. Alternatively I could do another fairly legit honor, something like “Naval Science Award” or “Junior & Underclassmen Multidisciplinary Project selection; for edf powered rocket landing system.”

Is it a bad idea to do a joke honor?

Thanks so much for the last minute advice.

Oh, just as a correction. I have a fourth honor too. It’s an ISEF thing.

Humor can be a tricky thing. While putting that silly honor might make an AO smile, it could also irritate another. Each AO has very limited time to summarize an application. You want your summary to shine. You have 5 spots for Honors/Awards. I’d recommend using each one of those valuable slots to list a real award. You can embed your wit and humor elsewhere if you feel the need to do so.

Don’t make a joke in the Honors section. Seriously, just don’t. If you are funny and want to do humor, do it in your essay(s).

Don’t yank their chains and risk them yanking yours back, with a rejection. When they look at your app, they’re looking for your thinking. Never make them ask, “What was he thinking? Was he thinking.” It can diminish your app.
