Similar schools?

Can anyone suggest schools that:
are in medium to large cities
have great school spirit and sports traditions
known as a party school
have strong politics, government, and/or economics programs
gives moderate to great financial aid

I already have UC Boulder, UW Madison, Gonzaga, WSU Pullman,and UO Eugene on my list

Some things your forgot to mention in this post - you are a transfer student and what is your home state? You have public Us from four states listed. They do NOT have good FA for OOS students, and certainly not for transfers.
