SIMS Berkeley and other IS schools

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experience with SIMS Berkeley? For their program, would it be better to hold off on applying directly after undergrad school and get work experience for a few years first? I'm a senior majoring in CS, and this is what I am considering, as my undergrad GPA is only a 3.2 right now.. (Plus, I haven't taken the GRE yet.)

What other schools have good Info. System programs that you would suggest?

carnegie mellon's MISM program (Masters of Information Management).

According to their website, 90% of their students get offers from Fortune 500.

Wow, thanks for the reply. That looks like a great program. Reading through the website, I gather that it would be best to gain a few years of experience before applying to CMU's MISM program. Is this the case for most IS/IT graduate programs?
