SIR - what information do I need?

<p>What information do I need to put down on my SIR form? If I need to put down any information at all. I’m an international student if that changes anything. </p>

<p>I think you just click you will be attending/accepting and pay $100.00. My S SIR’d last weekend and after you SIR they will ask you to confirm emergency contacts. That is all I remember him asking me about.</p>
