Same here. D22 instate CS

It seems like many CS in state still in progress, even not in review. Is that a bad sign?

Conditional Admit-Self Report for CS. 3.1 GPA here. Does this mean I’m basically in?

Instate non-local application in progress … is that a bad sign? Who all got accepted, was the status DP or app in-progress?

yes you are in.

YOu mean 3.1 GPA? That is low for CS.

Yeah 3.1 GPA. I know it’s low so this is great news to me, 2/2 with admissions, CSUMB as well.

Are you a community college student?

yes

Hmm…even the transfer admit impaction scores for CS are well above 3.1. By any chance, did you apply to an alternate major?

FYI just found Admitted Student Tours now offered Saturday mornings in March and April (Prospective Students Tours are Mon-Fri): https://sjsu.askadmissions.net/Portal/EI/Search

Easiest to view if you click on “calendar view.”

I did not apply for an alternate major.

In that case, congrats!

My daughter has 4.2 CSU GPA and AP Calc and AP Statistics. She is also waiting. Can anyone tell me what would be her score? Does she have any chance?

If you are local to Santa Clara a 4.1 CSU GPA should get into CS.

not local. I am in East Bay

Then you need around 4.35 for CS based on last years data. But, you never know.
