I am an international student who has been offered admission in University of Arizona for CS, and will most likely be offered admission in SJSU for CS as well. I am sure that I will be studying at either of the universities just for my freshman year, and then taking a transfer to another, better university. Which one should I attend - SJSU or UofArizona - and why?
Criteria: Quality of education, livelihood, quality of life in the respective city, etc.
