my D is a competitive skater, but does not skate synchro yet. She would love to try, but is it impossible to get on team without synchro experience?
Also, on tour, guide said many people play intramural broomball, very popular. Does anyone know about this? My D was interested in that as well.
Thanks so much.

Hi! My daughter is also a competitive skater ( ice dance, went to Nationals with partner) and is going to try out for the synchro team. They have a “Elite Synchro Camp” from July 14-19, that my D is going to attend…they don’t have to have been on a synchro team to try out but some of the skills are different, which is why D is doing the camp. For the “elite”, they have to passed novice MIF, be a high school graduate or beginning college student. If you go on the Googin Ice Center page, on the left is a link for the synchro camp. Let us know, maybe the girls can meet up!!

Thanks so much. That’s great your daughter went to Nationals. What a great experience! Congratulations!
