**Skidmore Class of 2021! RD Official Thread**

He’s coming

@screenies International students will get both for sure. They’ll receive an email first tomorrow, then mail it to them next week

so domestic students typically get emailed after the receiving the letter in the mail? @munit123

Domestic applicants will get their decisions via post mail, like usual, but they may try email first if they feel mail would take time because of the snow. I’m assuming

Good luck to the EDII guys today

Thanks. I have a feeling that they have forgotten the EDII students

Good luck everyone! waiting for the letter. It’ll be around at 4-5 PM ET. So…13 more hours.
Hope u all get in!

Good luck to you too plus everybody!

I’m RD but I’m nervous like I’m EDII getting decisions today haha. Maybe they’ll mistakenly send me my decision. No complaint there

Good Luck!

I’m really sorry about what happened to our EDII friends on here

what happened? i don’t see any comments with decisions?

Check the Skidmore EDII class of 2021 thread

I can’t wait till the results are posted!

Hi, I am an international in the RD pool with huge financial aid, and I read somewhere that for applicants like me, if you don’t apply in the ED pool, you will be out rightly rejected in RD. Is this true? BTW my stats are SAT 1 1550/1600(Maths 760 and Eng 790) SAT 2 Maths Lvl2 800 Chem 800 Phy 790, some national awards, student council and magazine chief editor, amazing essays and good rec. My Skype interview also went well. She said I am a lot more determined than she was at her age XD. I am literally freaking out here.

Yeah you are perfectly qualified academically hahaha. What’s left is for your essay and recommendations to be as good as you’re saying. Then if you’re a true fit with the institution. Like I said, I won’t tell anyone if they’ll get in or not, because I’m not with that power or knowledge.

hi @AstralWanderer your stats are great! where are you from?

India so it’s even tougher for me to get in.

So is it true that my chances are skewed because I applied in RD, since I am an international and require substantial financial aid?
