<p>Hey folks, I'm an incoming freshman and I wanted to start off a thread for all things pertinent to '13 kids at SLC. I happen to have a very targeted question that I'd like to have answered: what banks are available on campus and in the surrounding area? Being a southerner and (so far) a client of BB&T, I've noticed that I'll have to change banks when I move north. The Wachovia branch that's about a mile south of campus seems like the most attractive option so far.</p>
<p>You may want to ask this question ar Sarah Lawrence’s Live Journal blog. It may seem like more people will be glad to help you. Also, more students usually go there more than here.</p>
<p>There are no banks on campus. Only a generic ATM. There is an HSBC and Chase in Bronxville (about a 10 min walk), a Bank of America in Yonkers (also a 10 min walk, depending on where you live on campus), in the Cross County Mall. Thats all I know of.</p>
