Sleep before the test

I know I'm gonna be real anxious about the test in the morning... and thinking I might have some trouble getting to sleep. What should I do to get myself to sleep? I'm used to going to bed around midnight, but that is too late. And if I go to bed too early, I won't be able to sleep at all. Eek...

Well, it's a little late to try something new, but if you sometimes take stuff like Benadryl at night and know it doesn't mess you up in the morning, then I would do something like that. I didn't sleep a wink the night before my first test!!

Idk, but I heard that you shouldn't try to sleep more than your body is used to. If you sleep around midnight on most days and you're fine and alert in the morning, you should be fine during your testing.

Sleeping at 3 in the morning before the test and sleeping at 12, your usual bedtime, is different. Don't change what is good for you already.
