<p>it really changes your personality. i speak from experience, not with 3 hours but with 4-5 hours.</p>

my friend got around 3-4 hours during summer school only and he just couldnt take it anymore
its really bad for ur health, and thats not an overstatement</p>

<p>i find that this is so true for me. especially when i am trying to work on schoolwork and things that take a lot of brain power when i am sleep deprived. i am so inefficient that losing the sleep isnt even worth it.</p>
