Sleep

<p>My school hasn’t started yet but once it starts, i’m planning to sleep from 11:30-7, then a nap from 1 -2pm since i have lunch for the last period.</p>

<p>I usually get 4.5-6.5 hours during school.</p>

<p>And for the person asking about sleep cycles, They happen every 90 minutes (on average). So the best times to get up are after 2 hours, 3.5 hours, 5 hours, 6.5 hours, or 8 hours.</p>

<p>A better idea would be to eliminate all unqualified people from honors, AP classes. The material would get covered in half the time and there’d be in-class time for hw.</p>

<p>I get 6 on the average night.</p>

<p>9 hours nightly.</p>

<p>if I have homework and I can’t finish I just skip it…though this habit may change junior year :)</p>

<p>I run XC so if I don’t sleep alot I get tired…without XC it would be 7-8.</p>

<p>This school year I’ve been getting about five hours, which is sad because I love sleeping. XD Though sometimes I get less… we shall not discuss that. I usually end up having to sleep for a while when I get home from school.
On weekends I get 10-12 hours, and during the summer, I sleep for ages. <em>sighs contentedly</em></p>
