Sleeping in at UCLA

Guess it depends on how flexible your job is. I get to choose my work days and hours so I have time for everything.

It's harder to fit in social activities when you have school and a job. I guess it depends how many hours you work; some people work a lot, others only work 10-15 hours a week. If you have good time management, it shouldn't be too hard to balance. As for me, I do a lot of EC's, and having a job just doesn't work out too well for me. It also depends on what classes you're taking. If you're a CS or engineer major, it would probably be more difficult to have a job and do a lot of activities at the same time.

it's not that bad to balance...again, it depends on how flexible your work schedule is, but i work 30+ hours (lots of weekends though) and my social life revolves basically around my work friends, so there's a good balance. then again, i'm a north campus major, so i imagine south campusers are pretty opposite.
