Small Berkeley Question?

<p>I applied to Berkeley. I filled everything out. I had it checked by my counselor and she said it was good to go.</p>

<p>Anyways, in the breadth requirement section, I selected the IGETC in the dropbox - I filled everything out perfectly but where it said L & S requirements, I left blank. I took a peek just recently and I realized that I did not check where it said "I am skipping questions 1 thru 5 below and the L & S Requirements table below, because I will not satisfy breadth with L & S Requirements."</p>

<p>Was I supposed to check this option? Is it a huge deal if I didn't? I mean my counselor may have missed that, so I am getting kinda paranoid now.</p>

<p>And I highly doubt it matters. I just can’t see someone being rejected because of a silly box left unchecked, as they can see that you are satisfying breadth requirements with IGETC anyway.</p>

<p>I think you were supposed to click that but I don’t think it matters. If you are really worried, you can try to contact the Berkeley admissions department via phone and ask them about it.</p>

<p>thanks guys. I was thinking of changing it but i figure they have probably either made their decisions already or won’t even check that if i made any revisions. i guess it’s not that big of a deal.</p>
