We are now on to the college search for son #2. Very different criteria then son #1 so I feel like I am starting from scratch. Looking for a small school in the northeast/mid atlantic that has a solid computer science and graphic design program. Would rather something with a "skater" feel rather than a big sports school if that makes sense. Average student with limited extra circ so not looking for anything too selective but gets decent grades and will do alright on testing.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated! Trying to gear up for this all over again and hoping for a push!

bradley university, not in NE or mid atlantic
[Bradley University: Computer Science and Information Systems](Computer Science and Information Systems | Departments and Programs | Academics | Bradley University)
[Bradley University: Computer Game Technology Minor](http://www.bradley.edu/academic/departments/csis/programs/gameminor/)

Thanks zobroward for the suggestion. Unfortunately we are not flexible with the location.
Any others with ideas?

Please provide the GPA and SAT score. What is the EFC ? How small ? <5000 undergrads or <10k or <20k ?

Lehigh University
Stony Brook
UMass Amherst

Predicting SAT will be 1650s, GPA 3.2 unweighted and would like a school not bitter then 15000. Not a ton of advance classes or extra cir. I joke all the time that he is my Bill Gates…not an off the charts student on paper but is crazy good on the computer…teaching himself all kinds of programming languages…very talented graphic artist…and overall a neat kid. Really looking for that special school that is a good fit. Feel so good about son #1 final choice hoping that I can find the same for #2!

You could look at Rochester Institute of Technology. It’s not too small (just a bit over 15k) but it has solid computer science/engineering programs and it doesn’t seem out of reach.
