@irisxc

there’s a chance though that they fixed our portals before we were able to check them. who knows as this point. I’m trying to not get upset until there’s something to be upset about, yk?

I guess so.

what is the pin number?

For both ED1 & ED2 accepted students were able to see the confetti and video before they could actually see the acceptance letter, so I don’t think it’s a glitch, so much as part of it making its way there before anything else. It was more of a this part got updated first and then the letters.

yes

i got a scholarship last week and i could see a video before the letter actually came out

perhaps the waitlisted will find out when the decisions actually come out

PIN number ?

was there any from the EDs that didn’t get the video early and still got in?

Mine still just shows the checklist :confused: hope this doesn’t mean anything bad

It was a much smaller pool of accepted students, and as far as I know it was kinda like oh I got the confetti early and I got in, but some didn’t check until after so I don’t really know how accurate it is as an indicator. RD has a much bigger pool that’s getting decisions so I’m assuming they are probably doing them in waves and I wouldn’t assume anything if there’s no confetti until like 4pm est because at that point most of the decisions will probably be out.

this is what i’m hoping is going on. there’s a lot more RD so i feel like it’s possible not every accepted student got confetti

But then on the other hand the AOs are being unkind to the masses because if you’re going to inform someone about their decisions its should be done in one go. There is no reason to increase anxiety levels in students just because you can.
