The early write letter my daughter received stated March 26.
Anyone here got a tote bag with a card and a letter that says “early notification of admission”? I’m kinda confused about this… It says Congratulations but idk if it’s legit…
My daughter got an early write 2-3 weeks ago and the tote bag yesterday. Looks like you are accepted - congrats!
OMG thank you! Smith is one of my top choices! Congrats to your daughter too!
My D got an early write and the tote bag too. Did you guys see there was a separate letter addressed to the parents? I thought that was a really nice touch! Smith is one of my D’s top choices too!
I didn’t get a separate letter (yet?)!
I think it might have been in the tote bag? I don’t know because my H opened the package. You might have missed it.
Our parent letter came in a separate envelope from the tote bag, so maybe it’s on its way? Congrats to all! Smith is also among my D’s top picks.
Is there supposed to be a separate letter addressed to the student? There’s one for my parents but not for me??
We got the parent letter yesterday but no tote. We’re in CA so anything can happen to the mail going that far. I assume everyone will get both eventually?
does anyone know when the parent letter/tote bag was mailed?
We’re in CA too! I got both yesterday
The “early write” letter to our D came a couple weeks ago. No letter to her with the tote, just to parents.
The letter to my parents was dated 9 March and we received both the letter and the tote bag on Thu 11 March. The ‘early write’ letter was dated 15 Feb and we received it around 19 Feb.
Do you think decisions could come out this Saturday?
Decisions are due Fri 26th March.
Do they send out letters to applicants outside the US
I did some checking around for this year and some prior years and every early write that mentioned a location seemed to be in the USA (but a lot of people never mentioned a location at all). I am in Pennsylvania myself.
It seems like they don’t based on past years
also for reference: the letters were mailed around February 16th
…and 100th post… soo nervously looking frwrd to the decisions. good luck everyone.
I think the sister schools should do what the ivys do, have their own decision release date
