My daughter formally turned down SMU last week. She was an EA acceptance and had $44K/year in scholarships (3 different ones - $30K, $9K, and $5K) so I hope that those go to someone who will use them! Good luck to all!

What were the essay prompts for Presidential Scholarship essays? Getting geared up to apply next year and curious about the topics?
May i ask which is the 3 scholarships your daughter got ??
It’s been a while, but I think that she got the Provost (whatever the top tier university scholarship is called - $30K), Dedman ($9K - this is the one that I am most unsure of), and Lyle Engineering ($5K - confident of this one). Good luck!
