older updates (but still in march)=spring admits?</p>
<p>and 3/25=rejection?</p>
<p>That would actually be the other way around I think. The people with no updates would be rejected, and the people in March would be spring. IDK though, the update thing isnt that consistent. Its the Oasis link that is.</p>

i sat down and read old posts.
there were soooo many people who got updated the same day “in review”. and then they got rejected. there is a pattern there.</p>
<p>Well, we will see. I don’t think so. My guess is the rejects won’t be getting updated. And if they do it won’t be until the 1st when I am guessing they send out all the letters.</p>

<p>Several sources have said that USC is behind, and that appears to be the case. They give every indication of working mightily, and printing up a batch of rejections isn’t that hard. It appears that there are a significant number of acceptances yet to be sent. In this context, it would not seem that the 3/25 update was the dreaded ultimate seal of rejection.</p>

<p>but, JW Muller, i have contacted usc, and have been informed that all decisions will be made by April 1st…(the letters might not be received until later)…
i was given the impression that they are getting back on schedule.</p>

<p>there were other people on CC that called USC office of admission about acceptance waves and they claimed that the people on the other line said acceptances would also go past April 1 BECAUSE they are behind schedule.</p>
<p>I counted the actual number of acceptances tallied on this year’s thread, it has been 99.</p>
<p>Anybody want to tally the actual number of acceptances by 3/27 on the 2008 thread?</p>
<p>Earlier today I counted CLAS. Last year = 27 this year = 13. hmmmm.</p>
<p>if you have this status, try to login to explore usc. some people who got the 3/25 update are able to log in, which means they were admitted most likely.</p>
