OK. I found how to check your admissions decision. BUT the site’s down.

how do you know this is the way to check the desicion?, can u link something

Yea it was on the Aid Status page.

File Status

Your financial aid file is incomplete because:

Your admission or registration status is incomplete.

I get the same thing… and fabi0lita, how did you find that site? How do you know it works?

I’m going to make myself not check the UF website until decisions are supposed to be posted. We are acting like little kids who are trying to find where their parents hide the christmas presents.

Ummm, well I mean it’s only going to determine the next four years of your life.

Yeah, I tried going there too. You can find the link to the page by going to the financial aid status screen and clicking the link that says “application.” There is a similar link for “registration” but that is also down. I feel like I’ve tried everything. Tried checking my disability status as well (something you guys can’t do) and it simply said. “You have requested that your information not be available online.” I made no such request. I also looked at the meal plan website for clues, but no luck. (gator1.ufl.edu)

ahh, am i the onyl one that gets “You currently have no financial aid information for the 2008-2009 award year.” in the aid status page? did you all fill out your FAFSA already?

Yea I filled out my FAFSA & it tells me that they received it 1/28/08. Did you fill yours out Faresx25x?

nopehavent done that yet, i hope thats why its giving me that message. how about the other people who are getting your message, did you all do your FAFSA?

I think that’s why. I did my FAFSA. It also says that it was signed by me on the 28th and processed on the 30th.

I got to fill out my FAFSA…3 days left and each minute seems to go by painstakingly slow.

I havent filled out the FAFSA yet (I can’t, because of immigration stuff -.-)
I get that same message…

So go to the admissions site, click on cost and financial aid, then click UF application?

You want to go into ISIS, Financial Aid, and check status.

OK. And what should it say?

Well, I so far anyone who has turned in a FAFSA gets a message that their application and registration status is incomplete. People who have not turned one in get a message that they currently have no financial aid information.

lol well i didnt do fafsa so it just says not available blah blah blah, if you did your fafsa and sent it to them it should show that along with a couple other links that dont work, but as of now nothing really means that you got in or not.

well for all of you wondering what the UF acceptance letter looks like here is mine from last year (class of 2011)…however the special message from the president “click here” link is gone…lol

Congratulations on your admission to the University of Florida’s 2007 Summer B freshman class!

The Office of Admissions has received your enrollment confirmation and your tuition deposit, which will be applied toward your tuition and fee obligations your first semester. Any balance that remains after your fees are paid will be refunded to you.
