I just wanted to start a fun little topic so...how are you spending your February 15th? New Year's style counting down to decisions? Praying? Trying to forget that decisions come out?

Since I have a full 2 hours between the time school gets out, I'm going to throw a party, and I think we'll all count down to 5:15.

I'm definitely going out with friends to dinner and a movie so that I can't sit at home, obsessively refreshing the page, waiting for my admissions decision to be posted.

good luck to all of you. the one thing i can say (based upon my s's experience with his recent FSU admission) is that students who are on college confidential appear to be a cut above the rest academically.

I'm so nervous. I'm definetly counting down the days. and I know i wont be focusing in class cause i'll be so busy thinking about if i'll get in or not.

Haha. I have the day off from school on the 15th, and I'm waiting for decisions from BOTH UF and Illinois Champaign on the same day. Ugh, I'm going to be refreshing both pages all day long.

lol dvm, how awsome would it be if we get into both schools. probably would be one of the best days ever =) GL bro! I really love UIUC, but the money=ouch

Ahh I'm going to be soo nervous! I've heard that apparently they are posting the decisions at 5:02?? It could be just a rumor though. Good luck to everyone! =)

I originally applied to UIUC because my family felt there was a possibility my dad was going to be relocated to Illinois, so it was my alternative it I wanted to move too. Now it doesn't look like it's going to happen, so I'll choose UF over it if I get into both. I also sent an application to Northwestern, but that was just to have some fun. 80% sure I'll get rejected. LOL.

One of my friends went to an FSU party when the first round of decisions came out and they stayed up till midnight. How much would it suck if everyone's happy they got in but you get rejected? I don't know, it just sounds like a depressing idea. Imagine how bad it would be at the UF parties........
