With impending finals coming up how everybody preparing for the onslaught?

had one today, have another tomorrow.

Red Bull and lots of whining.

Intense crying

Oh thank god that's not for another two weeks. Right now I have been focusing on all the research papers I've had due/have due this week and next week (3 this week + a test, and a really big one and two short ones next week).

Basically I am not thinking about finals until the end of next week when we start reviewing/getting review sheets in my classes.

mostly by justifying to myself over and over why i'm not studying.

by getting exempt, thank God. Sadly, I'll still be taking the calc final. I'll be sure to bring kleenex for my tears :(

Working on a take home final right now, then I have about a week to learn everything there is to know about lie groups for an oral final. But apparently if I don't do well enough to get a "good grade" the first time, I can just come back later in the summer and try again. I just hope it doesn't come to that.

Going to class, going to work, celebrating my birthday, and studying for finals.

As well as spending most of my "free time" in various doctors offices getting poked, prodded, x-rayed, scanned, and tested while they try to figure out just what is has been making me sick. Why couldn't this wait a few weeks until summer?

studying early so i dont have to cram and stay up late :D

I only have one final this semester, and don't plan to study for it as it's an open note test in an uninteresting class. I'm more worried about projects and papers, because I have way too many of those. I graduate in a couple weeks, woo hoo!

Usually I start studying for finals a couple weeks in advance, and take the night before one off and relax with a movie or something. If you don't know something by the night before the test, it's probably too late.

i don't even have midterms yet... (in school till june 15)

june 15?? what the hell? where do you go lol

Well I'm on the quarter system so I already finished. I wished I'd seriously studied. I paid big time for my stupidity.

I started by typing up my notes, then I'll start reviewing the week before finals so there's not so much stress.

the UC system is generally in school till mid june. we start end of september. though it still seems like we're cheated of summer when everyone else is out beginning of may.

drinking. HEAVILY.

actually...nothing really. i'll study a bit, but nothing quite like last semester when i spent about 40 hours studying for EM physics. so in which case, i still may be drinking heavily

sleeping...I wish.

I'll spend a fair amt of time studying as well as getting a portfolios, case studies, and term papers done...

And preparing for graduation, my presentation at a conference in Chicago, and studying in Mexico this summer :D

ugh im starting to study on tuesday.. finals start on may 6 and i am SO overwhelmed with my hsitory course. hundreds of pages of primary sources to memorize the content, titles, and authors to apply them to essays that span from the french revolution- the present. i thought coure courses were EASY. my professor is pure evil for many reasons

studying a lot during the last 2 weeks of classes so i dont have to freak out during finals. also cause im going to bamboozle (2 day music festival in nj) the weekend right before finals during the study days which probably wasnt a great academic decision on my part but it WILL be kick ***. and ill force myself to study on the two 4.5 hour bus rides to and from boston.

5 finals and i pretty much have to do phenomenal on all of them, super

Crap, forgot about those..

well I'm lucky and I only have one and he gave us a study guide for it, so I plan on making online flashcards and going over them a few times every night for the next 3 weeks. I really hope I do good on the final because I have a 91
