so I applied to some schools...

Hi everyone..
I applied to two schools this year for a freshman (Exeter and Concord Academy) and I feel that all on my mind is getting accepted or declined..I just seem to be getting really nervous. Is anyone else expierencing this? How do I deal with it? I know this isnt like some physcology website lol, but I figured its related because it seems that I'm worried about getting accepted.. I know I shouldn't preassume because I have no letter in my hand but I'm just nervous :/ if anyone knows what to do please let me know! thanks

Haha, I’m nervous as well! But, I find that talking about it helps. You can keep a Word Document open and rant  Just get those feelings out!

thanks so much!

we ALL are nervous, but hey getting nervous wont make it come faster, will it? so just relax and hope for the best, try not to think about it or youll start thinking about all the stuff you could change like your essays or so… relax youll be well :)

okay I’ll do my best to relax! thanks! @sandra099

No matter what happens your opportunities aren’t over…but…best of luck.

Thank you @StarJazzy

14 days left! Don’t worry we’re getting close :D

know! @AmbiD77

I’ve already found out what school I’m going to.

how did you find out already, girlboarder?

Girlboarder lives in the UK. :)

Yeah in the UK you find out like a week after you do the test I found at 3 days later I’m going boarding school in April.

That sounds so much less excruciatingly painful xD

Waiting months to find out has been pure and utter torture; Girlboarder consider yourself very, very, lucky!

When did you do the test.

Everyone takes it at different times

The US has a COMPLETELY different process than the UK, Girlboarder. Here the test barely affects admission decisions, and it’s only something for AOs to fall back on. It isn’t the only factor, like at the school you spoke of
