aaaanybody have advice?

It is a problem that you didn’t apply to any safety schools. With mismatched GPA and test scores, it is really difficult to find matches. Your odds are lower at all of the schools you listed than at U. of Minnesota, so it is a real possibility that you will end up with no acceptances from the schools that you have applied to.

Even though it is late, there are still some schools that are accepting applications. Are there any of the instate schools that still allow applications? Look at this list for rolling admissions:

What is your financial situation? Can your family afford to have you attend an OOS public, where financial aid is unlikely? You would have good odds at getting admitted to public flagships in other states that are just a bit less selective than Minnesota.

Iowa and Kansas have April 1 deadlines, and you should easily meet the admission requirements for both of them. For example, from the University of Kansas admissions site:

Just so you all know (for future kids with a similar situation), I’m currently attending UCLA :)

U Chicago: Reach
JHU: Reach
Brown: Reach
NYU: Match
BU: Low match
UCD: Low match
UCB: High match (if you had a 3.5 GPA then it would become a low match provided you can pay full freight)
UCLA: Match (again, paying full freight is critical)

You should apply to Missouri, Arizona, and Alabama as backups. They have spring deadline admissions. You are auto-admit for some for your SAT.
