Hi i'm new on the site but I have been reading the information you all post for weeks and you are truly a godsend.
I am a high school junior and have been doing community children's theatre since I was little and I have even had good pantomime and movement training with professionals. I take private voice lessons and I believe I am really strong in acting AND singing.
So what's the problem right?
I can't dance. I mean, I've got rhythm and I can pick up a dance if you teach me but it really isn't my strong point. I love musical theatre so much and i have 2/3 talents I need.
I have decided that I want to purse a BA in theatre because I want my studies in theatre to be general and inclusive of all aspects of theatre. I am looking at places like Marymount who have a minor in musical theatre but dance is required for the audition.
Are there any schools you recommend? Will they overlook me because I can't dance? I'm sorry I'm so annoying, any help is greatly appreciated.

I would say that marymount would be a good school for you because even if you don’t get into the musical theatre minor you could still get into their ba/bfa acting programs which are also great
