<p>This happened to me when I applied for the morehead scholarship. I called the morehead foundation and even at 12:00AM someone was there and he told me to relax and send it in at 12:05 and they wouldn't make a big deal of it. BUT that was UNC, Penn will probably be different. Do yourself a favor and try to send it in as early as possible.</p>
