So, I've sent my app, all the forms, the supplement, and the Payment...does Yale have a website where I can check the status of my app...?

I was expecting some: KabanG!!! ---but nothing happened lol!

....bump......bump.....

Wow I admire your lack of procrastination....heh I'm still working on my first essay

ped

My son sent the app on line few days ago too. do you think this has any advantages?

I mean sending it in early.

I asked Harvard about this, they said the only difference is that your application is read earlier, though there's no real benefit to this. Just means its read before others.

so you think thats good or bad? you think they would expect more in the beginning when they are all fresh?:-)

Heh, after reading thousands of essays, I'm sure they're perpetually tired, J mom.

I definitely want my app read asap!

I hope it lends an advantage (as far as "this student is like the first passionate writer (my hook) I've read thus far: lets admit him!" instead of "how many darned passionate writers want to go to Yale!: reject!" lol!

Perhaps I really dont have an advantage but...who knows...!

(I would have sent it like Sept. 1--but I'm a retched perfectionist as far as essays are concerned!)
